The villa is two-level. The main and external 4th bedrooms have their own bathrooms. The open plan living and dining room has a large screen Smart TV and has two separate sitting areas. There is also an outdoor sala in and a barbecue area.
Downstairs there is a guest toilet and a large fully autonomous kitchen. The villa has its own laundry room with a washing machine.
Sanctuary Club: The villa includes membership in the Laguna Sanctuary Club, which offers its members a significant discount on many amenities at all resorts located in Laguna Development.
Golf: The villa’s sale includes membership in the Laguna Banyan Tree Golf Club family golf course.
